1. How do I schedule a ride with Bright Sky?
You can schedule by calling us, emailing, or using our online request form. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but same-day requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
2. Can I request same-day transport?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate same-day rides when possible. Call as early as you can to check availability.
3. What types of transport services do you offer?
We provide safe, reliable transport for wheelchair, ambulatory, and bariatric patients. Clinical support from a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist is available upon request.
4. Are your drivers EMT certified and equipped for emergencies?
Absolutely. All of our drivers are certified EMTs, and every vehicle carries emergency equipment to ensure patient safety.
