Frequently asked questions

It all began with a simple mission: to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate medical transportation for every patient. As a small, family-focused business, we take pride in personal attention and care at every step — from scheduling to the ride itself. Our approach is rooted in safety, professionalism, and integrity, ensuring every journey reflects our commitment to your well-being.

1. How do I schedule a ride with Bright Sky?

You can schedule by calling us, emailing, or using our online request form. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but same-day requests may be accommodated depending on availability.

2. Can I request same-day transport?

Yes! We do our best to accommodate same-day rides when possible. Call as early as you can to check availability.

3. What types of transport services do you offer?

We provide safe, reliable transport for wheelchair, ambulatory, and bariatric patients. Clinical support from a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist is available upon request.

4. Are your drivers EMT certified and equipped for emergencies?

Absolutely. All of our drivers are certified EMTs, and every vehicle carries emergency equipment to ensure patient safety.

5. Do you accept insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare?

We partner with various healthcare and state programs to keep transportation cost-effective. Contact us to confirm whether your plan is accepted.
